Vertical Search Works is a fast-growing digital advertising company looking for talented, energetic, and driven individuals to join our New York office!  We are currently hiring Account Managers to grow our digital ad sales business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Effectively manage all post-sale online advertising activity to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively monitor and review client goals and success metrics to ensure account retention.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Production groups to launch campaigns and monitor performance in accordance with the goals and objectives of the client.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and identify potential areas of optimization and opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal groups.  Focus on client retention, growth and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably in an online advertising organization.
  • Superior time management skills and capacity to manage multiple projects and accounts.
  • Professional demeanor and attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strategic problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other types of tracking experience a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
