Vertical Search Works is a fast-growing digital advertising company looking for talented, energetic, and driven individuals to join our New York office! We are currently hiring Account Managers to grow our digital ad sales business.
- Effectively manage all post-sale online advertising activity to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively monitor and review client goals and success metrics to ensure account retention.
- Work closely with the Operations and Production groups to launch campaigns and monitor performance in accordance with the goals and objectives of the client.
- Analyze campaign metrics and identify potential areas of optimization and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal groups. Focus on client retention, growth and satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably in an online advertising organization.
- Superior time management skills and capacity to manage multiple projects and accounts.
- Professional demeanor and attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strategic problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other types of tracking experience a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
