Vertical Search Works is a fast-growing digital advertising company looking for talented, energetic, and driven individuals to join our New York office! We are currently hiring Operations Analysts to help grow our digital ad sales business. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for helping maximize revenue with a focus on campaign management and reporting.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with the Account Managers to effectively manage all post-sale online advertising activity to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collect, organize creative assets received from the client and act as a liaison between the client and Production team. Ensure that client expectations, special requests and timelines are managed accordingly for ad production.
- Analyze campaign performance; provide reporting to the Sales and Account Managers, address issues and concerns, and identify opportunities for optimization in order to maximize revenue.
- Work closely with the Technology team on user enhancements, troubleshooting and manage other technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business or other analytically focused field. 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytic, strategic problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High proficiency in MS Excel.
- Superior time management skills and capacity to manage multiple projects and accounts.
- Professional demeanor and attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
